Anniebelle accepts credit card payments through PayPal, a safe and convenient online processing system, or by check. You may also email us your order information.

Shipping Information

Each piece of Anniebelle jewelry is handmade, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped after confirmation of payment. An item that is on back order may take longer than 10 business days, and we will contact you with a shipping date estimation once your payment has been confirmed.
Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling fees within 14 days of shipment with receipt and the original packaging and tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom pieces. Please keep in mind that the natural stones used in Anniebelle jewelry will result in slight imperfections.

Custom Pieces and Wedding Jewelry

We love working with individuals to create custom pieces, especially brides who would like to create custom jewelry for themselves or for their bridesmaids. Original, one-of-a-kind designs are a great gift for special friends and family members, or a treat for yourself! Please contact us with your ideas and we will work with you to create something you or the gift recipient will cherish.

Repairs

We take pride in our products and their construction. If within 3 months of purchase your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal wear, we are happy to make repairs at no charge. After 3 months, charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss any charges before beginning the repair. For all items shipped back to us, please pack them carefully and use UPS or insured USPS for your protection.
